Jam THCa Z Strain Hash Infused Pre-roll Blunt w/ Wood Tip
Candy. Legendary. The Jam Z Strain Hash Infused THCa Pre-roll Blunt takes the genetics that won the 2016 Emerald Cup and the 2015 Cannabis Cup in San Francisco and Michigan — The Original Z, now officially trademarked after a settlement with the Skittles candy manufacturer — and wraps them in Northern California sungrown flower infused with classic ice water bubble hash and finished with a premium wooden mouthpiece. If you have been smoking cannabis long enough to remember when the candy-strain movement started, you know this is the genetics that started it.
The Original Z is Grape Ape x Grapefruit x an undisclosed third strain from 3rd Gen Family and Terp Hogz. The candy-fruit terpene combination that Grape Ape and Grapefruit produce together — tropical, sweet, overripe fruit above berry and grape candy, with the citrus brightness from the Grapefruit side keeping the whole profile from going flat — is the profile that launched the entire fruit-forward hybrid market. Runtz traces back to Z. Moonbow traces back to Z. Rainbow Belts traces back to Z. The influence of these genetics on the current cannabis landscape is not an exaggeration. It is a documented fact.
In sungrown Northern California flower form, the Z terpene expression is at full natural-light concentration. Jam sources from NorCal sungrown specifically because the specific myrcene and caryophyllene combination that makes Z what it is responds to the outdoor-influenced growing environment — the terpene profile runs richer and more complex than indoor-grown versions of the same genetics. The ice water bubble hash infusion adds concentrated Z terpenes on top of the sungrown flower’s already vivid candy-fruit profile. More grape, tropical citrus. More of the specific overripe candy sweetness that makes this strain the reference point it became.
Jam keeps it old school with the hash production. Cold water, ice, and gentle sifting to separate resin glands from plant material. No solvents, no shortcuts. Pure solventless bubble hash blended back into the sungrown Z flower, then rolled into a full-size blunt with a hemp wrap and finished with the wooden mouthpiece that keeps every draw smooth and cool. As the blunt burns, the hash melts into the flower releasing the Z terpene character from first light to final puff.
The strain that changed cannabis. The blunt format that lets you experience it the way it was meant to be smoked.
The Original Z Strain Genetics
Grape Ape x Grapefruit x Undisclosed Third Strain | 3rd Gen Family and Terp Hogz | Indica-Dominant Hybrid (70/30)
Recognition: 1st Place 2015 Cannabis Cup San Francisco and Michigan (Best Indica). 1st Place 2016 Emerald Cup (Overall Flower, grown by Dookie Brothers from 650+ entries). 2023 King of Z Hill.
Grape Ape contributes the deep purple indica body ease, the dense resin architecture, and the grape candy sweetness.
Grapefruit contributes the citrus-sativa brightness, the tropical grapefruit tartness, and the energetic counterbalance to the Grape Ape indica depth.
The undisclosed third strain — described across multiple sources as a candy-forward selection — locked in the specific overripe fruit sweetness that distinguishes Z from any other grape-citrus hybrid in the market.
