Why Three Physical Stores Matter More Than You’d Think

An online-only brand only ever answers to a photograph. If a batch falls short, the worst that happens is a return request weeks later. We do not have that luxury. If something on our shelf is off, a customer tells us in person, that day, looking us in the eye. That feedback loop is blunt and immediate in a way that no review system can replicate, and it forces a level of quality control that is hard to fake.
