Recently, there was a $50 transaction that was returned back to my bank. Instead of clearly communicating this to me or allowing me to simply bring the money back in, I was suddenly told I had to show my card for every purchase with no real explanation. When I came back to the store with the money that had been returned and was prepared to pay for my items, I was told I was banned and instructed to “contact the owner” with no further clarification or respect shown.
As a paying customer who has supported this business consistently, this treatment is unacceptable. A simple, honest conversation would have resolved this situation, but instead I was treated as if I had done something wrong and pushed out of a place I had supported for a year. I have over 160,000 followers on social media, and I plan to share this experience so others know how loyal customers can be treated here.

Picked up a Donny Berger rosin bar and an 8th of pink lemonade to try for myself and was far from let down. Amazing products! I have gotten their THCa flower before and it is wonderful. However, i recently purchase their 0.5 gram live rosin vape and 0.5 gram live hash rosin disposable vape and they are both very potent. The best on the market, especially if you love old school strains like Northern Lights. I have been so relaxed and feeling euphoric since receiving my order. They arrived in 3 days. Came here with my friend today. I've been to all the Raleigh hemp stores and this one is the GOAT! I won a free gram of THCa live resin dabs!!! They let you spin the wheel and everyone is a winner. Kind staff and very knowledgable. This will be my only shop from now on.

Had an amazing experience when I came to pick up a new Atomizer for a piece I drive daily, didnt catch his name but dude was super friendly and helpful. He gave an honest opinion on a different item I was interested in but not sure about. Even gave me a little gift on my way out. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We got the Habit 100mg and the Devil Driver strain. At first, the slightly higher price made me think twice but it was certainly worth it. We will go to Durham to check out the art gallery and purchase more products and some glass!

I don't have a car and live in an area that does not have bus access so I usually order my product for shipping as it's easiest for me. I usually order from a shop in TN (shout out to perfect plant market) and usually have my product within two days, three at most. I am going out of town and wanted to bring something. I've heard good things about Sherlock's so decided to give them a try for bragging rights on whose city has the best product. I placed my order early Monday afternoon and didn't get a tracking number until Tuesday afternoon. I was a little upset but okay still plenty of time for my product to arrive. Well, my tracking number has not moved in 2 days, due to not even being put in the mail. It's been stuck on "label has been created", so I know it's not USPS. Needless to say, I will not have my product in time and will be showing up empty-handed. This experience has left a poor taste in my mouth and I think I'll just stick with what I know works.
You can't go wrong here. Great quality goods & service for great prices. Guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful. Easily the best shop I've encountered in Raleigh and NC for that matter.

Always a great experience at Sherlock’s. 2/3 times I’ve come here I’ve been offered a free sample on my way out which was very appreciated, and they consistently have unique and strong flower. Also, be sure to try the Deutermann farms edibles they sell here, I’d say without a doubt they are the best flavor and experience gummies one can buy, and that is not at all hyperbole they are delicious and strain-specific. Highly recommend stopping by here, and they also seem to have a large selection of concentrate products but I am yet to try those although they look good. Thanks Sherlock’s for the clutch selection

This review took too long, apologies!! About 6 weeks ago I stopped in to check the store out. I was fully stocked at the time, I was just browsing because I had seen the store's name in google searches. The place was very cool,, clean, good variety. Just as important was the staff was awesome. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything, the employees were very kind and conversational. I would recomend this to anybody looking to avoid garbage at the convenient stores!

Wasn’t happy with another shop I was going to, came here and yes the pictures of the flower online look as good if not better in person. Got some purple cookie and as soon as I broke it down I knew this is what I was looking for , smokes good , taste good. I’ll be going here again.

Good selection of thca products. The bud is quality and affordable but the concentrates can be quite expensive. The only concentrates worth getting are the rosin and you'll pay for it. Also homie seems annoyed by having to help sometimes. Sort of a turn off from wanting to go back.
I was not privy to the new NC marijuana laws, but this stuff packs a punch! They also have some insane glassware. Bought a replacement plug that looks like a tulip!

As someone who has a bit of anxiety going into new places and trying new things— this shop eliminates that for me. They're very nice and are willing to answer your questions and recommend things to you based on your preferences. Also, if you have a sense of humor, the way they name their products is too much for me sometimes 💀. I feel crazy giggling to myself over it sometimes. 10/10!♡

There are a lot of different variations of CBD & THC products, but after visiting other local shops and doing my research, I found that the best are Delta 9, Delta 8, CBD, CBG, and CBN. For me, buying something natural, safe, (preferably organic) and powerful is important. There are a lot of different lab variations of cannabis products that make me feel weird, but the stuff at Sherlocks is quality! Don't take too much though, like maybe 1-2 gummies (don't make my mistake and think they are not powerful). I've tried the Delta 9 cookies, Delta 9 Ice cream, Delta 9 gummies, Delta 9 brownie bars, and they also have 1-to-1 CBD combined with Delta 9 as well. Also, Delta 8 vape carts! Yay. So, for me, this is the place in Raleigh for cannabis products.
