Shipping and Returns
Shipping is included on all purchases for customers in the continental United States.
Sherlocks Insures all Packages to their dollar value.
Sherlocks will process all orders by the end of the next business day, however some products may require special packing and could result in a delay in shipping, not to exceed an additional 3-7 days. Sherlocks cannot verify the accuracy of carrier transit time estimates and therefore cannot guarantee arrival dates or times for shipments. Sherlocks will NOT refund or credit shipping charges for any orders.
Product Returns/Damaged Shipments:
There are no returns for any purchases not identified as damaged upon delivery.
Sherlocks ships fragile items and while we will do our best with each and every package to ensure proper packaging and care was put into each shipment, it is possible that something can break during shipment. We require notification in the form of an email with pictures attached detailing the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We are not responsible for the packaging or packing of items being shipped to us. Items returned to Sherlocks that are damaged due to inattentive packing cannot be used for credit/return purposes.
All credits/refunds will be in the form of merchandise replacement only.
